1. While airsoft is a safe sport, there are still inherent risks to shooting (especially in PvP / Force-on-force activities), please consider joining or insurance carefully. HKATF and the gun range will not be held liable to accidents, injuries or properties damaged resulting from failure to follow orders or supervision from the instructors / range officers.

2. Force-on-force activities (“Arena Combat”) are conducted with plastic BB pellets. While HKATF ensures all airsoft guns supplied have low muzzle energy (No more than 1 Joule), participants may still experience slight pain or minor abrasions. Please choose such events with careful consideration.

3. Force-on-force Due to some events requiring multiple instructors / range officers, should participants change service type on-the-spot (e.g. changing from “Arena Combat” to “Airsoft Experience”) or amend number of participants (e.g. Booking “Team-building Event” for 10 ppl., and the final number of participants is 16 ppl.), HKATF reserves the right to adjust the final fee according to the original confirmed fee or actual number of participants to ensure fairness to instructors / range officers hired.

4. Some services may require deposits, please arrange payment at least 1 business day before the session. Failure to settle deposit payments will result in cancellation of booking. Please contact us in advance if special arrangements are needed.

6. As a convenience, we accept RMB e-payment. (Mainland Alipay accepted, WeChat Pay NOT supported at this moment. NO RMB cash payment), calculated by 1 RMB = 1 HKD. Please bring HKD cash for payment if necessary.

7. Refunds are only available under the following criteria,

• Cancelling booking at least 2 business days before the booked session.
• Cancellation by HKATF or the venue.
• Inclement weather – If No.8 or above Typhoon Signal, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is still hoisted by HK Observatory 2 hours prior to the booked session.
• Failure to complete a service due to force majeure.

8. HKATF of the venue reserves the right to expel and blacklist any participants that fail to comply with orders from the instructors / range officers. No refunds will be offered upon expulsion.

9. Wear-and-tear or damages of equipment is normal from usage. In general, we will not demand compensation for damages of rental equipment from the user. However, should the damages be incurred from improper usage, failure to comply with instructor / range officer instructions, or deliberate damage by the user, we reserve the right to pursue damages and any costs incurred from repairs or replacements.

10. HKATF reserves all final rights to our service conditions and fees.
